Haulfryn is hiring a Receptionist for Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins, and support smooth reception operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

With a focus on friendly service, you will handle messages, liaise with departments, and maintain a welcoming reception area while covering weekends and holidays as part of a rota. Immigration and work eligibility apply for UK applicants.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and booking systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Relate messages via phone, email or in person to relevant departments.
• Check guests in on arrival and deliver high-standard customer service.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet guest needs quickly.
• Monitor reception area, maintain security and front-of-house organisation.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Keep reception tidy and stock office supplies.
