Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing role.

• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and deliver a five-star first impression.
• Handle and relay messages via phone, email or in person.
• Check guests in on arrival and ensure professional service.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet guest needs quickly.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
• Support general administrative duties and front-of-house organization.
• Deal with complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
