Job summary

Haulfryn is seeking a friendly Receptionist for Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park. You will warmly welcome guests, handle messages, and check guests in, delivering 5-star service from arrival. Work weekends, with 12 hours total (6 hours per day), and join a close-knit team at a scenic UK holiday park.

We value excellent communication, organization, and a proactive approach. The role includes front-of-house duties, limited admin, and opportunities for training within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer care instincts with a calm, efficient problem-solving approach.
• Great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and deliver a professional first impression.
• Handle and relay messages via phone, email or in person.
• Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5-star service from the moment of arrival.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet guest needs quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for guests and colleagues.
• Support general administrative duties, including paperwork and front-of-house organisation.
• Deal with complaints professionally and escalate when needed for swift resolution.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and stocked office supplies.

What You’ll Do

As aReceptionist, you will:
