Haulfryn is seeking a friendly Receptionist at Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park to welcome guests and support reception operations. This permanent role offers weekend hours (12 hours per weekend, 6 hours per day on Saturday and Sunday) at Delamere Lakes, CW8 2HB, with an annual salary of £8,174.40 (13.10 per hour).

You will check guests in, relay messages, liaise with departments, ensure security, and maintain a tidy reception area while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in customer-facing or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests, delivering a professional and positive first impression.
• Handle and relay messages via phone, email or face-to-face, ensuring communications reach the relevant departments.
• Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5-star service from the moment of arrival.
• Liaise with internal departments to meet guest needs quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for guests and colleagues.
• Support general administrative duties, including paperwork and front-of-house organisation.
• Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate for a swift resolution.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and stock office supplies.
