Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our Guest Experience team at our parks across the UK. You will warmly welcome guests, handle enquiries, and support check-ins and daily reception tasks to ensure a smooth stay.

You’ll use strong communication and IT skills to provide accurate information, promote services, and help boost park performance while collaborating with other teams. Weekend/evening work and DBS checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist, guest experience or customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills - ideally gained in hospitality, leisure or tourism.
• Confidence communicating clearly and calmly in all situations.
• Excellent IT skills with experience using booking and administrative systems.
• A positive, organised and guest‑focused approach.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries - face-to-face, by phone and via email.
• Use guest feedback and insight to help improve service and overall park performance.
• Support check-ins, check-outs and all daily reception duties.
• Ensure guests receive accurate information, support and guidance during their stay.
• Promote services, facilities and activities based on guest needs to enhance their holiday and increase revenue.
• Keep all admin tasks up to date, including bookings, arrivals, departures, cash reconciliation and filing.
• Work closely with Accommodation, Maintenance, Security and other park teams to resolve queries quickly.
• Report maintenance, safety or operational issues promptly to the right team.
