Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, batch sheets, and operating instructions accurately.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-speed production line without compromising quality or safety.

Responsibilities

• Check programme/oven profile and relevant recipe sheets.
• Ensure relevant programme is entered into the computerised bulk feed system.
• Set up, operate and control the rotary moulder and baking oven.
