Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a venue assistant for our Harwell site to deliver friendly customer service and support day-to-day operations. You will promote offers, provide refreshments and help guests choose games using trained product knowledge.

Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, including mornings and evenings. If working between 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour. Training covers gambling regulations and ID checks to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and till operation experience ideal.
• Ability to promote offers and events to guests.
• Product knowledge gained through training.

Responsibilities

• Promote offers and events to customers.
• Provide refreshments and snacks to guests.
• Recommend games and machines using product knowledge.
• Handle cash and give change as part of daily duties.
• Adhere to ID checks and gambling regulations (challenge 25).
