Arnold Clark is seeking a Customer Experience Host at our Motherwell Motorstore. You’ll be the welcoming face for customers, greeting visitors and assisting them on the phone with a professional manner, while handling daily admin and maintaining branch standards with enthusiasm.

In this part-time role, you’ll contribute to delivering outstanding service, ensuring customer areas are neat, and coordinating with colleagues to meet customer needs with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone.
• Manage a large volume of calls and handle enquiries efficiently.
• Keep customer areas tidy and presentable; ensure customers are well looked after.
• Work proactively with all branches and departments within the store.
• Go the extra mile for all customers.
