Job summary

Advance Housing & Support Ltd is seeking a part-time Support Worker in Poole, Dorset. The role covers weekend shifts (Fri, Sat, Sun) 7am–10pm, with salary around £13,897.95 per year and 20 contracted hours weekly. You will support customers with learning disabilities/autism/complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities.
• Support with independent skills.
• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required.
• Keeping up to date with training.
