Advance Housing & Support, Poole, is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. You will support with personal care, meal preparation, appointments and daily living activities while adhering to care plans and records.

This role offers flexible weekend hours (Fri–Sun) and a starting annual salary around £13,898, with training provided and opportunities to progress within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with people, carers and health professionals.
• Ability to complete quality support records and care plans.
• Willingness to work weekends and diverse shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with meals and attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities and independent living skills.
• Maintain records and update care plans; keep training up to date.
