Advance Housing and Support Ltd is seeking a Support Worker in Ferndown, Dorset. You will help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose. 25 hours per week, with weekends and varied shifts, and full training provided.

No prior care experience is required; what matters are your values, motivation, and ability to follow care plans. Opportunities for progression and flexible working are available.

Qualifications

• You don’t need prior care experience; values and determination matter.
• Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate.
• Able to follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Helping with meals and cooking.
• Attending medical appointments with customers.
• Supporting social activities and independent skills.
• Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keeping accurate care records and updating plans.
• Staying up to date with training.
