Job summary

Auto Skills UK in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will be the main contact between customers and workshop, ensuring a professional, friendly and efficient service experience.

This Monday-to-Friday role offers no weekend work, on-site parking and employee discounts, with a base salary up to £30,000 depending on experience and a clear path to earnings via OTE £34,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a car dealership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident handling enquiries and managing expectations.
• Knowledge of Kerridge, 1link, Pinnacle or similar DMS is preferred.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings
• Welcoming customers and discussing vehicle requirements
• Ensuring efficient workshop loading and technician utilisation
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
• Explaining recommended repairs clearly and professionally
• Upselling additional products, services, and service plans
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records in the DMS
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborating with workshop team to deliver high-quality service
