Job summary

Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa is seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to convert enquiries into bookings and meticulously deliver wedding and event details. The role encompasses coordinating venues, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our Ayrshire hotels.

You'll join a team that prides itself on hospitality, quality and care, with opportunities to support events at other RAD Hotel Group venues as needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in weddings/events is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence due to occasional travel between hotels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan weddings and events to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries.
• Conduct show rounds and ensure venues meet expectations.
• Manage enquiries, bookings and event details with care and accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Support weddings and events across Ayrshire hotels when required.
