Job summary

RAD Hotel Group is seeking a proactive Group Sales & Events Co-ordinator based at our Head Office in Cumnock. You will support hotels and venues across the West of Scotland, converting enquiries into bookings and growing revenue through exceptional service.

You’ll travel to venues, work evenings and weekends as required, and hold a full driving licence. You’ll build relationships with clients, manage enquiries from inquiry to confirmation, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, events, hospitality or a customer-focused role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and managing multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage event enquiries, bookings and reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, building relationships with customers.
• Arrange and conduct sales meetings and venue show rounds with clients.
• Attend internal and external sales events to promote venues.
• Provide a warm, engaging customer experience throughout the journey.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales across hotels, restaurants and event services.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth enquiry to event delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly.
