Job summary

Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa is seeking a passionate Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to convert enquiries into bookings and meticulously deliver wedding and event details. The role encompasses coordinating venues, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our Ayrshire hotels.

You'll join a team that prides itself on hospitality, quality and care, with opportunities to support events at other RAD Hotel Group venues as needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in weddings/events is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence due to occasional travel between hotels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan weddings and events to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle client queries.
• Conduct show rounds and ensure venues meet expectations.
• Manage enquiries, bookings and event details with care and accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Support weddings and events across Ayrshire hotels when required.

We're looking for a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join the team at Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa. You’ll help bring weddings and events to life, from converting enquiries into bookings through to ensuring every detail is carefully planned and delivered.

There may also be opportunities to support weddings and events across our other Ayrshire hotels, offering a varied role across some of our distinctive venues.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and plan weddings and events, ensuring all details are delivered to a high standard.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling client queries and requirements.
• Conduct show rounds and ensure venues are prepared to meet customer expectations.
• Manage enquiries, bookings and event details with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Support weddings and events across other Ayrshire hotels when required.

What We're Looking For:

• A warm, engaging and professional approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in hospitality, weddings, events or sales is desirable.
• A full driving licence is essential due to occasional travel between hotels.
• Flexibility to work weekends and other hours as required.
