Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional Assessor to continue clinical work in a primarily advisory capacity. You will perform phone and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence, and prepare objective reports for the DWP.

The role offers hybrid working across the South of England with a starting salary of £50,000 rising to £51,000 after 12 months, plus training and annual bonuses, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Active NMC or HCPC registration is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant post-registration experience.
• Experience in adult clinical settings and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5–6 shorter assessments per day.
• Assess how health conditions affect functional ability and work.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Write clear, accurate reports for the DWP.
