Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional Assessor for a hybrid role in the UK. Starting salary £42,000 with potential to reach £43,000 after 12 months. You will assess how health affects work ability, perform 5-6 brief assessments daily, and prepare reports for the Department for Work and Pensions.

Open to qualified healthcare professionals with post-registration experience. Training is provided, and there are generous bonuses and pension options.

Qualifications

• Qualified healthcare professional with active registration (NMC, HCPC or GPhC).
• At least 1 year post-registration experience.
• Strong communication and assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out phone and face-to-face assessments.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Produce clear, objective reports for the DWP.
