Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our Work Capability Assessment services as Functional Assessors. You will conduct telephone, video and face-to-face assessments and prepare clear, evidence-based reports for the DWP.

The role offers hybrid working in Swindon with a starting salary of £42,000–£43,000 plus a structured bonus scheme and clear progression opportunities. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Good IT and typing skills.
• Active professional registration with NMC/HCPC or GPhC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face assessments.
• Review medical evidence and supporting documentation.
• Discuss how a person's condition affects their daily life and ability to work.
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
