Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional Assessor in the UK. The role is hybrid with a 9am–5pm schedule, focusing on assessing how health conditions affect work capacity. You will conduct phone and in-person assessments, review medical evidence, and produce objective DWP reports.

Eligible clinicians must hold NMC or HCPC registration with at least 1 year post-registration experience. Training is provided; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Active NMC or HCPC registration and at least 1 year of relevant post-registration experience.
• No hands-on care required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and face-to-face assessments.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Write clear, accurate reports for the DWP.
