Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Project Manager for water and wastewater treatment projects to lead a multidisciplinary team from design through to construction, commissioning and handover to the client.

You will manage civil, MEICA and process scopes, drive programme, cost, HSQE and stakeholder engagement while promoting a 'one team' culture. The role offers strong development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior project management role, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Level 8 Honours Degree in relevant Engineering.
• Experience in Civil and MEICA engineering works (concrete, pipelaying, mechanical/electrical installations).
• Proficient with MS Project and baseline scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects with a 'one team' ethos.
• Ensure HSQE standards on-site; promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with clients, representatives and third-party agencies.
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget with high quality.
• Coordinate PSDP/PSCS duties and keep on-site documentation up to date.
• Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Apply Lean Construction and Last Planner techniques.
• Monitor risk, opportunities and project performance.
• Manage procurement and cashflow; submit interim payments on time.
• Support tendering opportunities and share lessons learned for future projects.
• Provide training and development for team members; support recruitment.
