Job summary

Glanua Industrial is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil, mechanical, electrical and process engineers in delivering water and wastewater infrastructure. You will report to the framework manager on programme, budget and HSQE, while maintaining client relationships and driving a one-team culture.

You will oversee design through to construction, commissioning and handover, using Lean and Last Planner techniques to optimise delivery and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2013; Safe practices.
• Experience in MEICA design, construction, commissioning and testing preferred.
• Level 8 honours degree in engineering; Chartered Engineer desirable.
• Chartered status or IEI membership advantageous.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in challenging environments.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6 and general MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects as part of a senior management team.
• Ensure HSQE standards are maintained on-site and promote safe culture.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver milestones.
• Provide single point of contact to clients as Contractors' Representative.
• Coordinate PSDP/PSCS roles and ensure up-to-date documentation on-site.
• Monitor programme, risk, and opportunities; manage budget and cashflow.
• Prepare baseline programmes and updates using MS Project/Primavera.
• Mentor staff and support development plans; involvement in tenders.
