Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking an administrator to support the Water Treatment department in Thame, England. The role is a fixed-term maternity cover, dedicated to maintaining contract administration and ensuring client care.

Key duties include scheduling works, ordering chemicals and consumables, raising purchase orders, sending RAMS and reports, and managing engineer schedules with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of Works - Booking engineers and Sub-contractors works with clients.
• Contractual Chemical and consumables Ordering.
• Raising Purchase Orders to sub contractors and suppliers where required.
• Sending RAMS and reports.
• Managing allocated engineers schedules.
• Managing Tracker and Diary for specific work Type – contracts.
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
