Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Water Hygiene Technician to join our Environment & Safety division in Maidenhead. Travel will be part of your day-to-day role, and you will conduct cold water storage inspections, cleaning, disinfection, and temperature monitoring.

You will work as part of a team and also independently, supported by training and development programs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, pension, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in some, or all, of the tasks listed above, or a willingness to be trained
• A 'can do' attitude
• A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Cold water storage tank inspections and recommending remedial works
• Cold water storage tank cleaning and disinfections
• Thermostatic mixing valve failsafe checks and servicing
• Water temperature monitoring
