Job summary

Luxe Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Reading and Guildford, focusing on plumbing and/or white goods knowledge to support a rapidly growing water systems business.

You will install, service and repair systems, delivering excellent customer service and aiming for first-time fixes. A driving licence and the ability to work independently are essential, with progression opportunities and a competitive salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Field service experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic plumbing knowledge or white goods familiarity.
• Valid driving licence and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Cover allocated region (Reading/Guildford) and assist teammates as needed.
• Carry out installations, maintenance and repairs of water systems.
• Aim for high first-time fix rates and minimal returns.
