Job summary

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Reading & Guildford postcodes, applying plumbing or white goods knowledge to install, service and maintain water systems. You must drive, live within GU/RG postcodes, and have field service experience with excellent customer service.

You will install products in customers' homes, perform repairs, and ensure high standards with clean, tidy work. We offer progression opportunities, incentives and a company van for personal use.

Qualifications

• Must drive and live within GU or RG postcodes.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or white goods required.
• Experience working in a field service role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Progression opportunities available as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Cover allocated region and assist teammates as needed.
• Complete installations and repairs with high first-time fix rate.
• Carry out repairs and identify issues to avoid repeats.
• Provide an excellent customer experience from first contact to departure.
• Install products in customers' homes and demonstrate features.
• Maintain high standards, tidy work areas and accurate records.
• Record stock usage and ensure van stock aligns with counts.
• Participate in stock takes and keep scheduling and logistics informed.
