Job summary

LUXE Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service customers in Reading & Guildford (RG/GU) postcodes. You will install, maintain and repair water systems, ensuring smooth customer interactions and first-time fixes.

You must reside within GU or RG postcodes, have basic plumbing/white goods knowledge, and a proven field service background with strong customer service and communication skills. Training is provided and a company van is included.

Qualifications

• Must live within GU or RG postcode areas.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or white goods.
• Experience in a field service role with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Cover allocated region and support team when needed.
• Complete installations or repairs and ensure first-time fixes.
• Identify and fix issues to avoid return visits.
• Demonstrate product features and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain high standards, keep homes tidy, and document work in systems.
• Record stock usage and participate in stock takes.
• Communicate with scheduling and stock teams to resolve issues quickly.
