Job summary

Luxe Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service customers in Reading and Guildford. You will install, repair and maintain water systems, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Training is provided, and you must live in GU or RG postcodes and have a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Live within GU or RG postcodes.
• Must drive and have field service experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or white goods and excellent customer service.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Cover allocated region and assist teammates as needed.
• Achieve high completion rates for installations or repairs.
• Carry out repairs and identify issues to fix on first visit.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact to departure.
• Install products in customers' homes and ensure work is neat and compliant.
• Demonstrate and set up products for customers to enjoy features.
• Maintain clear communication with scheduling and stock teams to resolve issues.
• Record stock usage and complete stock takes on time.
