Job summary

LUXE Recruitment Ltd in Reading/Guildford is seeking a Field Service Engineer with plumbing or white goods knowledge to join a rapidly expanding water systems company. You must drive, live within GU or RG postcodes, and have field service experience while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will cover your region, install or repair systems, set up products, and ensure high standards. The role offers a basic salary of £28,000-£30,000 with an OTE of £33,500-£37,500 and 37.5 hour weeks

Qualifications

• Must live within GU or RG postcodes.
• Must have a valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing or white goods.
• Experience in a field service role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Progression opportunities due to company growth.

Responsibilities

• Cover your allocated region and assist teammates when needed.
• Achieve high completion rates for installations or repairs.
• Carry out repairs and fix issues on first visit.
• Provide an excellent customer experience from first call to departure.
• Install products in customers' homes and demonstrate features.
• Record stock usage and complete stock takes accurately.
