Job summary

Luxe Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Chelmsford to service and install water systems for a rapidly expanding, subscription-based business. Full training provided; requires a valid driver's license and customer-focused mindset.

You will cover your region, complete installations and repairs, and ensure high-quality service with thorough documentation. Attractive OTE and progression opportunities are offered, with training and support to build your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or delivery roles is preferred but training will be provided.
• Strong problem-solving skills and reliability are essential.
• Able to handle basic plumbing tasks and navigate pipes as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are required.
• Must be able to work independently and juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water systems in customers' homes.
• Carry out repairs and ensure high first-time fix rates.
• Document stock use and ensure van stock aligns with counts.
• Collaborate with scheduling and stock teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to completion.
