Job summary

WSP is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead bid and proposal activities for the Water business unit. You will coordinate with leaders, technical staff and proposal specialists to deliver compelling, compliant submissions.

In this hybrid UK role, you will guide win strategies, write tailored content, and manage review processes, ensuring timely handover to delivery teams when bids are won.

Qualifications

• Experience managing proposals, bids or work winning in infrastructure consultancy or related sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, InDesign (preferred) and graphics skills.
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
• APMP Foundation as a minimum.
• Strong research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, monitor and control bid and proposal activities across the work winning lifecycle.
• Lead kick off and review meetings, maintain document control and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with technical authors to craft winning content and visuals.
• Support client interviews with presentation development and coaching.
