Job summary

WSP is seeking a Proposals Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality bids for the Water business unit. You will coordinate bid teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure proposals are well-structured and tailored to client needs.

You will develop win strategies, manage content and graphics, and support marketing and client engagement while driving continuous improvement of proposal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing proposals, bids or work-winning activities within infrastructure consultancy or related sectors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Adobe suite and InDesign preferred.
• Degree-level qualification in any relevant discipline.
• APMP Foundation certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage bid/proposal activities across the work winning lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders during proposals.
• Develop persuasive, tailored content and visuals for submissions.
• Support market intelligence and capture activities to inform bids.
• Ensure governance, review processes and timely submission.
