Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Dig Agent to supervise digging teams under the United Utilities contract in Worsley. This permanent role offers a salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per year and a focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You will lead, coordinate resources, ensure quality, and maintain programmes with the scheduling team. NRWSA supervisory level is desirable, IOSH knowledge beneficial, and a full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• NRWSA supervisory qualification or equivalent is required.
• IOSH knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong emphasis on right-first-time delivery.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Valid UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digging teams and in-day activities.
• Organise labour, wages, absence management, and recruitment.
• Manage resources including materials and plant.
• Conduct monthly team briefings and coaching.
• Drive KPIs through defect and frame programmes.
