Zusammenfassung

Severn Trent Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Network Construction Operative to help deliver our mains renewal programme at a designated site within one of our four regions. You will work in a six-person team to carry out excavation, installation, testing and commissioning of new water mains, assets, customer supply pipes and boundary boxes, while protecting water supplies and minimizing disruption.

You’ll work 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, finishing at 4:00pm on

Qualifikationen

• Full driving licence is required.
• Significant experience in the utilities industry.
• National Water Hygiene and NRSWA qualifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Carry out excavation, installation, testing and commissioning of new water mains, assets, customer supply pipes and boundary boxes.
• Identify and manage hazards, maintain customer access and water supplies.
• Use trenchless solutions where possible to reduce disruption.
