Job summary

Severn Trent is seeking a proactive Water Network Technician to join the Water Network Operations and Leakage team in Gloucestershire. You will own a patch of DMAs, work in the field with autonomy, identify leaks, and support health and safety while reducing unaccounted water.

Two positions are available. You’ll travel around Gloucestershire, use a dedicated van, hold a valid UK driving licence, and work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with standby shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leakage experience in field operations.
• Full UK driving licence (valid).
• Willingness to travel around Gloucestershire and work a standby rota.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reduce water leakage in assigned DMAs.
• Investigate leaks and report to operational teams.
• Attend standby rota and respond promptly to incidents.
