Job summary

WSP is seeking a Health and Safety Business Partner to support the Water business in the UK. You will be the practical voice ensuring safe, responsible delivery and continuous safety improvement across multiple projects.

You’ll work with senior leaders, service lines and clients to embed safety into everyday work, conducting audits, on-site support and incident investigations while leveraging data insights to prevent incidents.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent required.
• Stakeholder influence for senior leaders and project teams.
• Strong communication and advisory capabilities across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Give expert health and safety advice to Water project teams and leaders.
• Spend time on site with project teams to offer support and improvements.
• Carry out CDM audits and manage project risks.
• Lead incident investigations and communicate lessons learned to the wider business.
• Use Power BI to analyse safety data and report trends monthly.
• Plan and run safety briefings, trainings and presentations.
