Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a Health & Safety Business Partner to support the Earth & Environment business across the UK. You will provide practical H&S advice, assurance and challenge to ensure safe, compliant project and operational delivery.

The role requires strong experience with Principal Contractor works and the ability to work with project managers, site teams, clients and supply-chain partners. Travel to UK offices and sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent H&S qualification.
• Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards Chartered status.
• Significant practical experience of Principal Contractor works and site interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted H&S advisor to E&E leaders, project teams and managers.
• Integrate H&S into business planning and project delivery with clear challenge and assurance.
• Review RAMS, safe systems of work and project controls for site conditions.
