Job summary

AECOM is seeking Civil Engineering graduates to join the Water team. You will gain hands-on experience in hydraulic modelling, design of water infrastructure, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with engineers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with 2:1 (or equivalent) is required.
• MEng in Civil, Structural or Water-related MSc would be advantageous.
• Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (ICE/CIWEM) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Undertake numerical analysis to study potable, surface and wastewater systems.
• Perform technical/feasibility studies for various water solutions.
• Produce water infrastructure designs including pump systems and networks.
• Create sketches, models, and consolidate final drawings for approval.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory guidelines affecting design work.
• Collaborate with team members on technical work, site work, and project management.
• Occasionally work on site visits to understand implementation.
