Yellowstone Environmental Solutions in Shaftesbury is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to help keep our site running smoothly. From coordinating waste movements to supporting customers and managing transport compliance, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations.

As the role involves coordinating bookings, liaising with drivers, and maintaining accurate documentation, you will play a vital part in our operations.

Formación

• Experience in coordinating operations and customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good literacy and numeracy for paperwork.
• Familiar with Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound waste bookings and schedules.
• Manage enquiries from customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain records, schedules and purchase orders.
• Support daily load planning and stock management.
• Monitor transport compliance and vehicle inspections.
