Savaria UK is seeking a motivated Telesales Advisor to join the Direct Sales team in Guiseley. You’ll engage with customers who inquired about stairlift solutions, qualify leads, and arrange appointments for field surveyors.

This role emphasizes relationship-building over hard selling. You’ll be rewarded with a basic salary plus uncapped commission and extensive training to maximise earnings.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, telesales, call centre or customer service experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
• A positive and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from customers interested in stairlift solutions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up and convert enquiries into qualified survey appointments.
• Build strong relationships with customers through friendly conversations.
• Understand customer needs through questioning and active listening.
• Explain the benefits of products and services clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system.
• Collaborate with surveyors to coordinate appointments and share information.
• Work with Customer Service and wider teams to ensure a great customer journey.
• Aim for individual and team targets and act as a positive ambassador.
