Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood is offering a placement year in Service Operations (Warranty). You will gain hands-on experience from day one within a team that supports the global dealer network and focuses on warranty processing, cost analysis, and compliance.

The role requires you to liaise with international departments, analyse cost and tax data, and contribute to process improvements while developing professional presentation and communication skills in a dynamic automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:2 bachelor’s degree - preferably in Business and Finance Management.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Interest in working in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and global departments regarding cost analysis.
• Review worldwide importation and tax charges.
• Analyse and report key performance results to identify specific trends.
• Create and update dealer communication bulletins.
• Support the team with ongoing project work.
• Prepare and create department presentations.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes for warranty circle.
• Help to improve and develop processes to support daily tasks.
