Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, is offering a placement in Service Operations for July 2027. You will gain hands-on experience from day one, taking ownership of responsibilities within a world-class automotive environment.

You will liaise with global teams, help manage the technical campaigns process, generate performance reports, and support projects and new procedures using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2:2 bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Admin with Analytics or PM.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written work.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Interest in working in an international team.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with global regional teams to provide daily support.
• Maintain global authority communication matrix.
• Generate reports to track dealer performance.
• Create or update reporting systems (e.g., Quick Sight).
• Support the team with projects and presentations.
• Assist in developing new processes and procedures.
• Prepare authority communication documentation.
