Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood is offering a placement in the Ownership Services, Service Operations team for July 2027. You will learn by doing and take on own responsibilities from day one within a global dealer network.

You will liaise with regional teams, generate reports, and help develop new processes. The role emphasizes data reporting, Excel and PowerPoint use, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2:2 bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Admin with Analytics or PM.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standard of written work.
• Self-motivated and proactive; willing to take ownership and add value.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Interest in working in an international team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with global regional teams to assist and support daily business.
• Maintain global authority communication matrix.
• Generate reports to track dealer performance.
• Create or update reporting systems, such as Quick Sight.
• Support the team and department with projects and presentations.
• Assist in developing new processes and procedures.
• Prepare authority communication documentation.
