Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood is offering a Placement Year in Service Operations (Warranty). You’ll support warranty cost analysis, import tax checks, and KPI reporting while gaining hands-on experience within our global dealer network.

From day one you’ll handle varied tasks, develop processes and create presentations. A 2:2 degree in Business/Finance is preferred, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a 2:2 bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance Management.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
• Interest in working in an international team.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and global departments regarding cost analysis.
• Review worldwide importation and tax charges.
• Analyse and report key performance results to identify specific trends.
• Create and update dealer communication bulletins.
• Support the team with ongoing project work.
• Prepare and create department presentations.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes for warranty circle.
• Help to improve and develop processes to support daily tasks.
