Job summary

Key Recruitment Limited is seeking a Mechanical Warranty Engineer for our client in Havant, Hampshire. The role focuses on warranty claim analysis, troubleshooting and on-site support for UK customers. You will work with SAP to raise claims, liaise with global quality teams and prepare detailed reports for escalation.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical/mechatronics experience, strong communication, and enjoy working in an international environment with customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Detailed experience in a similar warranty/claims role within a customer service, production or workshop environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Hands-on mechanical or mechatronics background with problem-solving focus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse warranty claims and plan customer complaint handling with test bench execution if needed.
• Raise customer claims in SAP to assist Warranty Claims Administrator.
• Collaborate with global quality teams to evaluate failure causes and customer descriptions.
• Prepare detailed analysis reports for processing of complaints.
• Carry out on-site troubleshooting with UK customers when required.
• Support new analysis/testing methods and participate in ongoing training.
