You will manage warranty claims from submission to payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer requirements, while supporting service departments and maintaining high standards of governance.

The role involves liaising with service teams, updating records, and contributing to monthly warranty schedules.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Claim Management: Prepare, submit, invoice and manage warranty claims across manufacturers.
• Service Team Support: Ensure warranty documentation and job cards are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
• Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, warranty policies and GDPR, maintaining auditable records.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Monitor daily reports, investigate returns, reconcile payments and schedules.
• Manufacturer Updates & Development: Stay updated with policies, recalls and training.
