RMS Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Warranty Accounts Co-ordinator to support our workshop operations. This role focuses on accurate warranty processing, coding, and liaison with customers, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure swift, compliant claims.

You will manage warranty data, generate reports, and assist with monthly reconciliations while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warranty claims experience, ideally within automotive industry.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with strong attention to detail.
• PC literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage warranty claims, coordinating between customers, technicians, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Enter repair orders and warranty codes accurately into systems for audit compliance.
• Maintain the in-house warranty database and post warranty credit notes.
• Collate and reconcile warranty invoices weekly for month-end reporting.
• Monitor outstanding warranty debt and raise pre-approvals for high-value parts.
• Read technical docs and warranty procedures to ensure submissions meet standards.
• Raise and manage tickets across manufacturer portals and order parts for repairs.
