Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound email inquiries within response times.
• Verify customer information and ensure GDPR compliance in communications.
• Open, manage, and process claims files for approval and authorisation.
• Handle inbound calls, assess needs, and provide accurate information or transfer as needed.
• Explain claim validation processes clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance.
