Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Warranty Administrator for a busy multi‑franchise dealer in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You will prepare warranty claims, ensure documentation aligns with manufacturers' guidelines and liaise with manufacturers and customers.

Applicants should have automotive admin experience, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop. Monday to Friday, salary around £30,000 with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive-admin experience and understanding of warranty processes.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a busy service dept.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers for payment.
• Check weekly warranty statements, query overdue claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all warranty documentation follows manufacturers' guidelines.
• Prepare accurate invoices and warranty claims based on deals and standards.
• Complete repair order documentation thoroughly and correctly.
• Manage policy claims promptly and ensure customer reimbursements are accurate.
• Maintain control over displaced materials returned to manufacturers.
• Reconcile warranty credits and address discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist with general administrative duties within the Service Department.
