JCT600 Ltd is seeking a Warranty Administrator for our VW Commercial Vehicles Sheffield operation. You will administer all approved warranty claims, ensuring documentation and parts returns follow warranty procedures and brand standards.

Your role includes submitting profitable warranty claims, reviewing documentation, and maintaining precise claim records while supporting reporting and audits. The position requires attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in the Automotive trade.

• Excellent attention to detail and organised approach to work.
• Confident using databases, ideally Kerridge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Warranty Administrator - VW Commercial Vehicles Sheffield

As a Warranty Administrator, you will administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with vehicle warranty procedures.

As a Warranty Administrator your day to day will include:

• Submitting accurate, compliant, and profitable warranty and goodwill claims.
• Reviewing job cards and documentation to ensure claims meet Brand and Company standards.
• Managing warranty parts returns and maintain precise claim records.
• Supporting warranty reporting and help resolve any discrepancies.
• Consistently meeting audit standards through attention to detail and teamwork.

• Proven experience in the Automotive trade.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, organised approach to work.
• Confident using databases — ideally with Kerridge experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The confidence to be assertive when needed.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
