Job summary

JCT600 Ltd seeks a Warranty Administrator for Volkswagen York on a maternity cover basis. You will oversee warranty claims, ensure documentation and parts are processed per warranty procedures, and support reporting while maintaining high audit standards.

The role emphasises accuracy, customer focus, and teamwork. Experience in the automotive trade is essential, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Warranty Administrator - Volkswagen York

Maternity Cover: 9 months

As a Warranty Administrator, you will administer all agreed warranty claims ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with vehicle warranty procedures.

As a Warranty Administrator, your day to day will include:

• Submitting accurate, compliant, and profitable warranty and goodwill claims.
• Reviewing job cards and documentation to ensure claims meet Brand and Company standards.
• Managing warranty parts returns and maintain precise claim records.
• Supporting warranty reporting and help resolve any discrepancies.
• Consistently meeting audit standards through attention to detail and teamwork.

What We Are Looking For As a Warranty Administrator

• Proven experience in the Automotive trade.
• A customer-focused mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, organised approach to work.
• Confident using databases — ideally with Kerridge experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The confidence to be assertive when needed.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
